Reservation Policy:
• A 50% deposit is required in each reservation. Balance is due two weeks prior to
arrival.
• Deposit may be paid by check or money order. (Sorry! We do not accept credit
cards.)
• A security-cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required in each cottage rental. This
is refundable by mail ONLY.
Cancellation Policy:
• Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested.
Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes.
• In the event of cancellation of any cottage reservation, the deposit will be refunded,
less a service charge of $50.00, only when the cottage has been re-rented for the
same time period and the next renter's deposit is received.
Please Note:
• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS.
• All Cottages are NON-SMOKING.
• 3BR Cottage = Sleeps 6 ; 2BR Cottage = Sleeps 4. Note that a baby counts as a
person!
• All cottages are furnished and equipped for housekeeping.
• Sheets, pillowcases and towels (including beach towels) and household paper
products are not provided in housekeeping cottages. Please bring your own!
