How far is Bay and Beach Cottages from the Beach?
We are at Mayo Beach- near the Town Pier and a short drive to both bay and ocean beaches.
How to make a reservation?
You can either call (407) 962-6897 or send e-mail at rentals@bayandbeachcottages.com.
How to process a payment?
All check payments should be made payable to “Bay and Beach Cottages” and must be sent to 600 River Birch Court Apt
537 Clermont, FL 34711 c/o Marilie Daniels.
When is the balance due?
Balance due is payable two weeks prior to arrival either by check or money order. We do not accept credit cards.
Does Bay and Beach Cottages rent on a daily basis?
No. We only rent on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday).
What is check-in time? Check-out time?
Check-in is 2:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.
Where do we get our cottage key upon check-in?
The cottage will be left open for your arrival and you can find the key on the coffee table. (Please leave the cottage open
and the key where you found it upon check-out).
Does Bay and Beach Cottages have laundry facilities available for guests?
No, the closest laundromat is on Route 6A and Main Street in Orleans about 12 miles away.
Do you allow pets?
Sorry, no pets are allowed within Bay and Beach Cottages premises.
Do you have smoking cottages available?
No. All cottages are non-smoking.
