Bay and Beach Cottages is located on Mayo Beach Wellfleet, Massachusetts. It has unique
and outstanding views across Cape Cod Bay. A convenient place for a fabulous vacation yet
tranquil. Swimming on the beach is just steps away. It is also a short walk to the harbor
and town and even to most attractions in Wellfleet such as restaurants, book stores,
galleries, the square dance, the skateboard park, kids field play and tennis courts. In a short
drive you can reach your destination, whether to the ponds, ocean, whale watching,
fishing, swimming lessons, bike trails, canoe and kayak trips, golf, miniature golf, flea
market, or the drive in theater and movies.
Bay and Beach consists of four (4) large cottages, each with its own view and character.
The Sand Bar; Sea Song and Dunes Edge have three bedrooms each (sleeps 6) while
Harbor Lights has two bedrooms (sleeps 4). Note that a baby counts as a person! For the
kids, their vacation will be mostly memories about enjoying the dune accessible at the rear
of the cottages.
These are housekeeping cottages. We keep them specially clean and fresh. Thus, we expect
our guests to clean up before leaving. Each cottage is provided with basic facilities. Guests
should bring their own linens, towels and gourmet utensils, etc.
Our Cottages are open to guests from May to October. However only one cottage has
been equipped with electric heat so far. We are working to extend this to the rest so we can
'stretch' our season and provide more comfort for fishing and hunting fans.
Parking areas are conveniently available. Each cottage has a room to park boat trailers.
Pets are NOT allowed.
